As Founder and President, Mike brings decades of experience to the team. Under his leadership, thousands of projects have been successfully completed in all 50 states as well as internationally. Additionally, he represents the company in the community by currently servicing as Chairman of the Development Authority of Rockdale County and President of the Mens Club at Reynolds, Lake Oconee.  Also, he is currently Chair of the PAC for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) for GA.

As V.P. and General Manager for Southeast Sealing, Inc. Michael brings in 32 plus years of industrial and commercial coating experience. Under his guidance, the company benefits from an outstanding management team with many decades of concrete coating and polishing experience. His commitment to developing a team of the highest integrity and dedication to quality results in a management staff passionately committed to our customers. He has been employed with Southeast Sealing, Inc. for 32 years.

Todd Wawerna

As Operations Manager of Southeast Sealing, Inc. Todd plays a key role in overseeing projects both in the Atlanta area and across the country from the bidding stage through completion. From employee hiring and training to client development, he has extensive experience in every aspect of the business. He has been employed with Southeast Sealing, Inc. for 26 years.
