We have had many experiences with Southeast Sealing, and without hesitation, we can say that we have always been pleased with their product knowledge and jobsite performance.

When you choose to do business with Southeast Sealing, there will be many people involved in the planning and execution of your project.
Some of these people you will get to know, and others will be working behind the scenes to ensure that every step goes smoothly and according to plan.
Once a contract is received, a work order is created which is given to the foreman and all managers. Your project will appear on a board at our office so that its progress can be monitored on a daily basis.
Our Customer Representative will visit you to discuss the project and survey the jobsite in person. Our CR will ensure that the proper products have been selected and that sufficient quantities will be on site when the project is ready to begin.
A checklist will be created to aid in planning for equipment and manpower based on the job parameters.
Project Managers and CR’s will meet to discuss safety requirements for your project.
With all these professionals at work on your project, and with over 30 years of experience, we can guarantee you that the work will be performed on time and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and product performance.  That is what we are all looking for, isn’t it?

The floor was cleaned with a finesse we have never seen before, and the material was laid with care. It appears that the end product has produced a surface that will help prevent if not eliminate slips and falls of our valued employees.

This letter is written in appreciation for the truly outstanding job Southeast Sealing gave Naval Air Station Dallas. Not only was the work performed quickly, it was performed diligently.
The Public Works Department, Marine Air group 41, and ROICC Dallas performed a thorough inspection of the floor and found NO DISCREPANCIES. Rarely do we inspect construction contracts and not generate a punch list.
